How fast can I be live?

Same day. Sign up, complete a 5-minute onboarding wizard (business profile, service details, phone setup), and your AI crew starts answering calls. No phased rollout — full coverage from day one.

What does onboarding actually involve?

A guided wizard with 3 required steps: (1) Business Profile — your company info, (2) Service Details — brands you service, fees, hours, (3) Communications — how to forward calls to our AI receptionist. Optional steps cover CRM connection, agent selection, and preferences. Most contractors finish in under 10 minutes.

How do calls actually reach the AI?

During onboarding we provision a unique phone number for your shop. You forward your existing business line to that number (we send simple instructions per phone provider). When customers call your number, our AI answers within 2 seconds, books appointments, and pushes data to your CRM (or our built-in dashboard).

What counts as a billable call?

Any call where the AI engages for more than 20 seconds. Quick hang-ups and wrong numbers don't count.

What happens if I go over my included calls?

Overage is $1.99 per extra call, capped at 2x your base plan price per month. You'll never get a surprise bill. We send usage alerts at 70%, 90%, and 100%.

Do I need a CRM?

No. CrewForce works standalone — no CRM needed. If you use Jobber or Salesforce, we sync bidirectionally. Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan integrations are in progress. We can also work with any CRM that has a web UI via our browser-automation layer.

What if the AI handles a call wrong?

Every call is recorded and transcribed in your dashboard. You can flag any call for review and the AI learns from your corrections. For sensitive calls (complaints, emergencies, where's-my-tech) the AI promises a human callback rather than improvising — you stay in control of every customer relationship.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

What's the Founding 20 offer?
