Four things you can check without talking to anyone
(413) 600-0113 is a live line, not a recording. Try to trip it up. Ask about a busted water heater at 11 PM. No form, no email, no salesperson.
Recorded calls are published at crewforce.cloud/listen — including the parts where the AI hands off to a human.
Every emergency it screens for and every job type it books, per trade, is published at crewforce.cloud/trades. No demo required.
Full pricing is on the pricing page — starts at $299/mo for shops your size. No "contact sales for a quote."
Live reliability — not a marketing number
Automated tests run against the AI every week and every day, and they gate our releases. This is the most recent result, pulled live — including if it's bad.
What we won't do
- No invented testimonials. When real shops are willing to be named, they'll appear here with their names on them. Until then, this space stays empty on purpose.
- No made-up statistics. Every number we publish is either from your own inputs or from a named source we cite on the page.
- No contracts or lock-in. Month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard. Your phone number stays yours.
- No pressure calls. There's no sales team to dodge. Sign up when you want, cancel when you want.
Straight answers
Does CrewForce have any customer reviews?
Not yet — and we would rather say that than fake it. CrewForce launched in 2026 and is taking on its first shops now. Anything you read online claiming to review CrewForce is not from a verified customer. What we do offer is proof you can check yourself in about two minutes: call (413) 600-0113 and talk to the same AI that would answer your phone.
Is CrewForce legit?
Judge it the way you would judge a subcontractor: by what you can inspect. The AI answers a real, published phone number 24/7. Recorded calls are on the site. Pricing is published, not quote-on-request. Billing runs on Stripe. It is month-to-month with no contract, and you can cancel from your dashboard.
Who is behind CrewForce?
The CrewForce team — people with direct home-services field and office experience, which is why the AI knows the difference between a dripping faucet and a burst pipe. We keep the focus on the product rather than personalities, and you can always reach a human at crewforce.cloud/support.
What happens if I cancel?
You cancel from your dashboard and billing stops at the end of the period — no phone calls, no retention script. Your phone number stays yours: if you forwarded your existing line, you simply stop forwarding. Your call records and customer data are exportable.
Do I have to replace my CRM?
No. CrewForce syncs with Jobber and Salesforce today, and it works completely on its own if you do not use a CRM at all — a lot of small shops do not. Nothing about how your office runs has to change.
What if the AI mishandles an emergency?
Emergencies are never auto-scheduled. For a life-safety call — gas smell, CO alarm, sparking panel — the AI gives immediate safety guidance and flags the call to a human right away rather than quietly booking it for Tuesday. That behavior is re-tested automatically across all 18 trades every week.
Being early is the whole offer
The first shops on CrewForce get the Founding 20 rate — 25% off for a year — and direct influence over what gets built next. In exchange, you're trusting something new. That's a real trade-off, and we'd rather you make it with your eyes open than because a fake five-star review told you to.
