The return, layer by layer
CrewForce is built in four layers, and each one gives you back three things: money, hours, and headspace. Dollar figures below use your inputs and assumptions — edit them above until the math looks like your shop.
Front Office
from $299/moEvery call answered · appointments booked · emergencies flagged to you
Plan total at this layer: $2,430/mo + 3.3 hrs/mo back
- • No more wincing at the missed-call log after a day on the job.
- • Dinner, church, your kid’s game — the phone is covered.
- • A real emergency gets flagged to a human — never auto-booked, never lost.
Operations
from $449/moWork orders · install packets · permits tracked · invoices chased
Includes every layer above — plan total: $3,599/mo + 19 hrs/mo back
- • The crew never shows up to an install missing half the packet.
- • Permit status isn’t a sticky note — it’s tracked, with the town’s deadlines.
- • Invoices get chased on day 3, 7, 14, 30 — without you playing bad cop at 9 PM.
Growth
from $749/moUnsold quotes followed up · reviews requested at the right moment
Includes every layer above — plan total: $3,869/mo + 28 hrs/mo back
- • Quotes stop haunting you — every one gets a follow-up, none go quiet.
- • Happy customers get asked for the review; unhappy ones get flagged to you instead.
- • You stop being the only person in the company who remembers to follow up.
Full Crew
from $999/moKPI watch · payroll prep · anomaly alerts
Includes every layer above — plan total: $4,843/mo + 41 hrs/mo back
- • No more spreadsheet Sundays — the numbers come to you.
- • Payroll math is prepped and double-gated — you approve, it never files alone.
- • You find out something’s off from an alert, not from the bank balance.
*Uses the 27% average unanswered-call rate measured by Invoca across 60M+ home-services calls. Everything else is computed from your own inputs and clearly-labeled assumptions (call handling ~2.5 min, ~60% of admin prepped, ~2 hrs/wk follow-up, ~3 hrs/wk payroll/reporting — all conservative defaults). These are estimates, not guarantees, and the "off your mind" column is deliberately not priced — some returns don't fit in a spreadsheet.
Why this estimate is conservative
- We only count the measured miss rate. The 27% unanswered figure comes from Invoca's analysis of more than 60 million home-services calls. If your phone coverage is worse than average — one truck, no office staff — your real number is higher.
- You set the close rate. We don't invent a booking percentage for your trade. The default is a conservative 25% — set it to what your own call log tells you.
- Missed usually means gone. Fewer than 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message (Invoca), and 78% of customers hire the first contractor who responds (HomeAdvisor). The math above doesn't even add that second effect.
The fix doesn't change how your shop runs
CrewForce works the way your office already works — it just never misses the phone. Calls get answered in your company's name, real emergencies get flagged to a human, appointments land on your schedule board, and confirmations go out by text. You keep your CRM, or run without one. Starts at $299/mo for shops your size — most shops cover that with the first job that doesn't slip away.
