Where We Serve
We serve fencing contractors across Utah including Herriman, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Lehi, West Jordan, Syracuse, Layton, Ogden, Tooele, and St. George.
The Real Cost of Missed Calls for Utah Fencing contractors
- ×Canyon east-wind events knock down vinyl fencing by the mile — hundreds of homeowners call within hours of each other, insurance checks in hand, and the shops that answer live convert the surge while everyone else's voicemail overflows.
- ×Utah's fast-growing suburbs — Herriman, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs — generate constant new-install demand from buyers fencing bare lots; those calls come on weekday lunches and evenings, exactly when crews are still out setting posts.
- ×Spring is fencing's compressed booking season along the Wasatch Front; a caller who cannot reach you in April installs with a competitor in May and refers their whole cul-de-sac to them by fall.
- ×Freeze-thaw cycles heave and lean fence posts every winter; repair calls are small individually but compound into replacement jobs and referrals when they are answered — and into nothing when they are not.
The Numbers
- fewer than 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message (Invoca)
Utah Seasonality
Utah's trade demand swings between two extremes. The Wasatch Front cycles from subzero January cold snaps and smog-trapping valley inversions to triple-digit July stretches that overwhelm swamp coolers, while St. George on the Mojave edge runs air conditioning nearly year-round through punishing desert summers. The July-through-September monsoon sends flash floods through southern Utah, spring snowmelt seeps into Wasatch basements, and canyon east winds are their own catastrophe season — the September 2020 windstorm drove hurricane-force gusts down the benches, knocked out power to hundreds of thousands of customers, and flattened fences and rooflines from Salt Lake to Davis County.
The Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL), under the Utah Department of Commerce, licenses general, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors statewide, with electrician and plumber licensure guided by its Electricians and Plumbers Licensing Board. One quirk: Utah's handyman exemption allows unlicensed building work under $3,000 (projects between $1,000 and $3,000 require filing an Affirmation of Exemption with proof of liability insurance), but plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work require a license at any dollar amount.
Why CrewForce — Not a Generic Service
To a generic answering service, an entire flattened fence line and a gate-latch question are identical messages. CrewForce is fencing-aware and Utah-aware — Lily captures footage, material, and insurance status, then books the estimate straight into your schedule.
More Than an Answering Service
Answering the phone is where CrewForce starts — not where it stops. The same AI crew that captures fencing calls also schedules the job, builds the work order, pulls the permit, sends the invoice, and chases the review. 15 agents, one back office.
Pricing
Pricing is sized to your shop — see your exact number in 60 seconds at crewforce.cloud/demo. Flat monthly cost. No per-minute meter. The same line answers the same way whether your call volume that month is 80 or 800.
