Data Processing Agreement

Last updated: June 23, 2026

This summary describes how EarthGuard Energy Solutions LLC (d/b/a CrewForce) processes personal data on behalf of customers. A countersignable DPA is available on request at info@crewforce.cloud.

1. Roles

For the customer’s end-customer (homeowner) data that CrewForce processes to handle calls and jobs, the customer is the data controller and CrewForce is the data processor. CrewForce processes that data only on the customer’s documented instructions (i.e., to provide the service).

2. Scope of processing

3. Subprocessors

CrewForce uses the subprocessors listed here, each bound by data-protection terms. We notify customers before adding a new subprocessor that processes personal data.

4. Security

We apply the technical and organizational measures described on our Security page (encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, monitoring, backups).

5. Data subject requests

We assist customers in responding to requests from individuals to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Submit requests to info@crewforce.cloud.

6. Breach notification

We notify affected customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach, with the information needed to meet their obligations.

7. Return & deletion

On termination, we return or delete personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

8. Compliance

This DPA supports customer obligations under applicable US state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, CTDPA). CrewForce does not sell personal information.
